Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from our Customer Support team enquiring about your preferred days, times and location for your private lessons. This information is then sent to the Teaching Department. Although we strive to assign teachers as soon as possible, the capacity of the department fluctuates throughout the year depending on other scheduled courses. Therefore, please allow our Teaching Department some time to assign your teacher.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee requests for a specific date in the coming week.
In order to match your needs with the right teacher, please allow about two weeks for you course to begin
