If you've completed your course and no longer need access to your Lingu learning materials account (in our app), you can delete the data from your learning materials account easily from your profile settings on lingu.com.
‼️ Deleting your data on lingu.com has no effect on your monthly subscription. To cancel this, you must log into your account on lingu.no to cancel your subscription. ‼️
Here's how to do it:
Log in to your Lingu account on lingu.com (in our app).
Click on your name or profile icon in the top right corner.
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Go to the “Privacy Settings” tab.
Scroll down and click “Delete my account.”
Follow the confirmation steps to complete the deletion.
🛑 Please note:
Deleting your account is permanent. This will remove all your course history, learning results, certificates, and personal data from our system. If you think you might return in the future, we recommend keeping your account active.
