As a course member with a Fast-Track Online subscription, you can switch your subscription to a new group at the same level.
You won't be charged anything extra for changing to a different group. Your existing subscription will just continue as normal .
This process will provide your new group access immediately.
Here is how to do that:
Go to your .student homepage page
Click the 'three dots' on the top right of your course access, and use the 'Change Group' option.
Select the new course level and hit SELECT.
Sometimes you may not see these options shown above to change your group. If this happens to you, please contact our Customer Service team, and they can help to make the necessary changes for you.
