As a member of the Fast-Track Online or Fleksinorsk (formerly Simply Online) course, you can switch your membership to a new course level either up to the next level or down to a lower level.
Here is how to do that.
Go to your student homepage page.
Click the 'three dots' on the top right of your course access, and use the 'Change Level' option.
Select the new course level and hit SELECT.
You won't be charged anything extra for upgrading to a different level. Your existing subscription will just continue as normal (unless you also switch to another plan in the process, which would then influence the change of your monthly price).
This process will provide your new level of course access immediately and finish the old one.
Sometimes you may not see these options shown above to change your level, if this is true for you, please contact our Customer Service team, and they can help to make the necessary changes for you.
