If you are having issues with change meeting time in your calendar, it is most likely due to some problems for the system to detect your local time zone. You can see which time zone is showing on every page where meetings are listed.

The solution is to save your preferred time zone in your localization settings.

From the dropdown, select your preferred time zone, and click Update localization setting.

After updating your time zone, the system will no longer try to detect it automatically, but rather show every meeting in this selected time zone.
