You can cancel your subscription anytime. Once you cancel, the subscription will run to your next payment date and then stop.

If you would like to cancel your course subscription, you need to do this from your student account on Lingu.no and you must do so before the next billing date. For example, if your course renews on the 14th, then you must cancel your subscription by the 13th as your account will be charged again on your billing date of the 14th.

1. Go to your student homepage page.

2. Click the 'three dots' on the top right of your course access, and use the 'My Subscription' option.

3. This will pop up another box showing your subscription information. Again, click the 'three dots' on the top right of this box. You will see the 'End my subscription' option at the bottom of the list. Click it to cancel this particular subscription.

Once the changes have been saved, you will see now that your course will be labeled as canceling. This means that your course access will continue until your current paid period ends. You can also see that the course description will have changed to reflect the end date of the current period.

You are welcome to cancel anytime, and this means that there will be no further charges after the cancellation (unless any outstanding charges have previously occurred during the paused period).

You will still be able to access the course until the end of the current billing period.
